I saw the changes while on this plan and so did other people including my doctor. You will feel better and have more energy. I'm speaking as a person who has no thyroid and is on thyroid replacement. It takes some discipline, but so does anything that is important to you. As a cancer survivor, this has gotten me healthy again.
