This was one of three Keto books I borrowed (at the same time). I preferred another offering so did not rate this as high. However, don't overlook this book as the information only has a small amount of overlap, and the more info you gather the more options you have to choose from.

It contained more 'how to' and less recipes than the others, so a good reference and intro book.
