This movie was a great drama movie which also involved a little teen romance. Although everyone is used to seeing Emma Watson as “Hermione” in the Harry Potter movies, she is a little different in this movie, and by that, I mean, she is a very caring and lovable person. This movie portrayed many problems that teenagers have to face such as finding friends and love in high school. I personally really liked the movie and I also had a “surprising moment” for me at the end. All of the characters did a tremendous job portraying their part of the role and even though, they were pretty young, they made it seem like they were pretty experienced. I rate this movie 4.5 out of 5. @BirdieBooks of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

Loved the actors and it was true to the book, but for some reason bringing the characters to real life made them feel very fake.

A charming coming-of-age film, and a fine job by the actors. I enjoyed it equally as well as the book.

The only movie I would watch more than once!

For a movie that I was for some reason expecting to be a bit edgy and hip, it was pretty cliche and conventional. Still an okay movie

When Charlie is befriended by two seniors he begins to understand that 'belonging' isn't just about fitting in.

I watched this movie. It is about a freshman student named Charlie who has trouble fitting in until he meets two seniors Patrick and Sam at a football game and they help him fit in. Unfortunately he falls in love with his new best friends and sister and another girl and it causes friction. I have to say Charlie learns a lot in this movie about heartbreak, friendships, and other standard teenage issues that teens go through everyday. Plus these actors also had excellent chemistry and did an excellent jobs with their roles.

<3 <3 Love this movie. It beats all movies in any race. Gotta love it. 'Are you baked?' 'Like a cake.' I loved Patrick's humour, Charlie's relatability, and Sam's lovable sense. A great movie in general. I'd love to own this movie to show to every single one of my friends. Listen to the movie and keep your friends close! Especially the good ones!

A good movie for anyone to watch. Plenty of humour.

I personally believe that this film glamorized, to an extent, at least for impressionable teenagers, who may not know better, drug -use, suicide, pre-marital Sex, etc. etc. etc. Yeahhhh, I don't know what the moral of the film WAS except that life is better with good friends around, so you better be Loyal and Make Some. :)))
