This is the first book that I have read from Terri Blackstock and I really liked it.
This type of book definitely has more action, suspense and crime than the books I normally read but I really did enjoy reading this book.
After watching so many crime related shows I had some suspicions as to who wanted Lynda dead but I was actually surprised that I guessed correctly.
I really liked how the crash was Lynda’s wake up call to the fact that she’d grown lukewarm to her faith and how she worked on changing after that and reconnecting with God. I loved how even though she struggled with forgiving the man who tried to kill her, she managed to, with God’s help, to forgive him and pray for him.
I also loved the progression of Jake’s character and how he had to be humbled in order to realize that good looks and money are not everything and that God is much more important than anything this world can offer.
