This is my favorite Chet and Bernie yet. A boy is missing from wilderness camp. Chet and Bernie jump right in and try to find him. It takes quite some time as there is a whole lot more going on with this camp than meets the eye. It isn't…

Laugh out loud funny, the best of the series so far. I've never read a more interesting narrator. Chet has even more pluck than even Little Orphan Annie.

Idiotic book, idiotic series.

Another thrilling adventure with Chet and Bernie. Such a great combination of plot and character building. I truly enjoy this series and look forward to each new book.

Hardly great literature, but another fun/exciting crime thriller narrated by Chet (the dog) with his usual enthusiasm and misunderstanding of human terms (no wild geese to found in this wild-goose chase). Just fun, light reading.

The fourth book in the irresistible bestselling mystery series featuring canine narrator Chet and his human companion Bernie, private investigator. The kid’s mother thinks her ex-husband snatched their son, but Chet’s always reliable nose…

If you love dogs, you'll love this book. I am delighted with all the books and look forward to the new one. I was only sorry that the book wasn't on a CD and Overdrive didn't carry the downloadable. It is a great story to listen too.

Here's another book from the point of view of a dog, but a very interesting dog who helps Bernie solve mysteries. Chet forgets things, but remembers the important things. This was my first Chet and Bernie Mystery book, but I would read…

Fun read! It's the one and only I've read from this series, and though I can imagine I might get bored with the repetive nature of the dog's thoughts sometimes, I did enjoy the dog's version of the story. The plot is somewhat lame, but…

I really enjoy reading this series. Where else do you get the insight of a dog who helps his master solve mysteries. Chet is a great character and I enjoy reading his "descriptions" of his world. The mystery is just a bonus!

Even though this 4th book of the series is a little shallower than the other 3, starting with the title and the whold story, I enjoyed it as much as the other 3. I just love Chet.

Either Chet neglected to relay a lot of important connect-the-dots information, or I read this book when I was half asleep. I still couldn’t tell you how a missing child case grew into something completely different. Hopefully this was…
