I was taken aback because I only saw the movie and reading the book opened doors that were previously closed. The tension just kept building up to a sad ending but I loved it anyways.

This book has a very basic plot and basic villain motivation. But it kept me at the edge of my seat until the end. 7/10

This book had a smooth pace to it, not too fast and not too slow. Definitely not one of Dan Brown's best works; and it seems when you read it that Dan was just scribbling down ideas and just wrote them into an organized format which is Digital Fortress. This book had a smooth pace to it, not too fast and not too slow. The character development between mal and Molly was really satisfying because ever since the first book they had a thing, and now that thing is a ship. Also the introduction of new characters were interesting, so much so that another stand alone book could be written about them. Over all plot and development is definitely 10/10.The character development between mal and Molly was really satisfying because ever since the first book they had a thing, and now that thing is a ship. The characters in this Brown book have a lot of backstory to them that other thrillers could be written about them, but all the while a readers attention will be drawn to what happens next for the main character. The alibi is one of my favourite Brown books because of the twist ending that was not on my list but it made almost perfect sense. The characters in this Brown book have a lot of backstory to them that other thrillers could be written about them, but all the while a readers attention will be drawn to what happens next for the main character. This comic book leaves at cliffhangers and tense moments between an unlikely bunch of characters. The art work is simply beautiful and simplistic and writing just grabs you into this dramatic sort of way of showing what happens when you pay attention to other people's struggles and lives. With subtle humour and stupid villains, this is a book the truly immature.

This new series of Archie has the same humour and same characters (of course) but is set in today and is really living up to the original series and it's beloved characters.

Classic humour and adventure. Stupid villians, and a weird ending is definitely a Tintin comic. Wish it had a part 2.

For a YA, it seems a little on the boring side, but as a real world problem it's pretty well written. The fact that at the end Dol suddenly falls in love with Lucas, just for showing something bad he did and not having at least a bit romance between she and Ro makes me really angry. But all and all, it's a mysterious and captivating book with ALL THE FEELS.For a YA, it seems a little on the boring side, but as a real world problem it's pretty well written. This book shows that being a prostitute's daughter comes with SO many secrets. The grim reality that a actual gangster from the state's most feared mob could kill you if you say something wrong. And that he's dating you're mom. This book has a 'desert battle camp with extreme torture' kind of vibe to it. ANd the main characters are basically the same person, but the genders. The first few chapters are a bit slow in the climax, but once you get towards the end you see that all the visions and everything make sense. It's this gritty kind of rehab with magic powers and mystery and flashbacks. But seeing the main villain harness energy from other people, the point of that confuses me.The first few chapters are a bit slow in the climax, but once you get towards the end you see that all the visions and everything make sense. This is a really captivating book, and it shows the values of sisterly love. It's gritty, and painful to read, but shows you this could always happen in real life. And it shows you to embrace someone new even though that someone has been the only thing on you're dad's ever talked about. This is a really captivating book, and it shows the values of sisterly love.
